For Dick O Dow s Irish Public House owner Mitch Black, this St. Patrick s Day will be the most low key of all 24 that have been celebrated at the Birmingham bar. On a typical St. Patrick s Day for us, you could expect to see two or three Irish bands playing, bagpipers and dancers walking around. Because of the(pandemic-related) guidelines in place, we re not going to have any of that this year.
