Officials said the festival will have expansive displays, known as Mosaicultures which include a vivid butterfly umbrella, various scenes featuring animals, and a depiction of Dolly’s mother quilting the Coat of Many Colors. “So, the Smokies really were the inspiration for this festival, Dolly Parton said.
