The following Dauphin County restaurants were found to have violated Pennsylvania’s health and safety regulations during inspections between March 14-20.

Observed numerous cases of bottled water and Gatorade stored directly on the floor in retail area, rather than six inches off of the floor as required.

Refrigerated ready-to-eat, time/temperature control for safety food (chicken broth, tuna salad, and roast beef) prepared in the food facility and held for more than 24 hours, located in the walk-in cooler, is not being date marked. ....

Deli department is using chlorine sanitizer at an extremely high concentration of 200+ppm, not approved in the code of federal regulations for food contact sanitizing at this level.
