Chef Pop-Up: Chef Jay Rodriguez of Hera With an a la carte menu, Chef Jay Rodriguez of Hera will be joining us at Glen Falls House! Hera was born out of the desire to reimagine restaurant sustainability. Since its founding in 2021, Hera’s team has conducted a number of pop-ups, restaurant takeovers, and private dinners in New York and beyond, including two extended residencies in France.
Brunch @ Fishkill Farms Café-style BRUNCH is served on Saturdays and Sundays from 10 am-3 pm December through Early May in the back of our farm store, overlooking the farm. We offer a rotating menu of seasonal hot and cold food options, beverages, cocktails and of course, hard cider. Tables are first-come-first-serve. Our bites menu is available on Friday as well as Saturday and Sunday.
