Mayfest The Mayfest Farmers and Makers Market brings a curated selection of the Hudson Valley’s finest producers – farms, distilleries, breweries, wineries, restaurants, artists, artisans, and more – to the Hudson Valley Rail Trail and west approach to Walkway Over the Hudson State Historic Park. Vendors will exhibit their wares for tasting or purchase, allowing participants to support several local agribusinesses in one location.
Chef Dinner Series and Foraging Experience Dates Experience Hudson Valley Cuisine with a 10-course meal paired with beverages by Oscine, preceded by a foraging excursion. Learn about the plants and fungi featured in the dishes by Chef Nicholas Leiss (former chef at Noma in Copenhagen, the 'World's Best Restaurant,' and Colicchio & Sons in New York City) and get a feel for the terroir. Tickets for the entire experience, including the meal, beverage pairings, and gratuity, are $300. A foraging workshop is also available for $50, which includes a summary document and a shared photo album of the species covered on the walk.
