Police divers recovered the captain s safe and two suitcases and right now the captain is under house arrest, accused of abandoning ship. and the judge calls the fbi reckless and using him as an informant. a federal sales force upheld judgment calling the fbi liable for the death of three people. allegedly murdered by folger, and the multi-million dollar judgment goes to the victim s family. he was arrested after 16 years on the run and awaits trial on 19 murder indictments. talk about grinches, a path and his wife were arrested for trying to sell two new ipads, presents stolen from passengers checked luggage. investigators say the agent took the ipads home and hits wife allegedly put them up for sales on craigslist, police were watching and they traced them back to the husband and wife and the agent has been suspended from his job at tsa. ....
