The Lagos State Government has sealed Oke-Afa, Isolo and Katangua Markets, Abule Egba, for allegedly violating waste disposal regulations and for sundry unhygienic practices. In a statement on Monday, the Director of Public Affairs of the Lagos State Waste Management Agency (LAWMA), Folashade Kadiri, vowed that the markets would remain sealed until proper mechanisms for waste disposal were put in place.
