日前国务院常务会议审议通过了《关于优化医保领域便民服务的意见》(以下简称《意见》)，国家医保局副局长李滔介绍，《意见》明确了优化医保领域服务便民的总体目标，重点是加快推动医保服务标准化、规范化、便利化，聚焦优化医保政务服务，在便民服务上出实招；聚焦医保、医疗、医药“三医联动”，深化部门间信息共享；聚焦守护好人民群众的“保命钱”，严厉打击医保领域欺诈骗保行为。
医疗保障制度是减轻群众就医负担、增进民生福祉、保持社会稳定的一项重要的制度安排。据统计，2020年底，我国基本医保参保人数达到13.6亿人，参保率稳定在95%以上。2020年全国的医保基金收入达到2.48万亿元，支出2.1万亿元，职工医保和居民医保政策范围内住院费用支付比例分别稳定在80%和70%左右。
