And so if i understand correctly, the discomfort is more about our process in reviewing the environmental consequences of permitting this and whether we have reviewed everything and we know that its okay. My only concern we dont have the expertise to understand whether a particular hood would work in a particular situation. We have to rely on the expertise of the other agencies for that, right . So i dont know its typically not a level of detail we would get into at this level of entitlement. But thats the challenge im suggesting.
