If it just goes back inland tuesday into wednesday, it wont reintensify. If he stays over the water and goes north to galveston and houston, its a bigger problem and adds to the problem. Right now, let me point out to folks, as bad as this is, im not down playing how bad it is, it could have been worse. If this storm had gone into Corpus Christi which has 300,000 people and a major naval base for the United States right there.
