Since friday the remnants of Hurricane Patricia have dumped more than a foot of water on to some parts of texas, what had been a category 5 storm lost much of its strength. It caused widespread flooding that made highways and roads impassable. 50 miles south of dallas, a Freight Train derailed after floods washed away the tracks. By most accounts the state weather will. Police say the shooting stemmed from an argument regarding poor behavior in the restaurant. After the shooting, 36yearold gabriel coco fled the scene in a vehicle with a female passenger. 30 minutes later, coco turned himself in to the polk county sheriffs office. Hes been charged with two counts of willful injury. I pulled up and i saw a kid getting bandaged, sitting on the curb over on the end of the parking lot.
