quite an active scene here on spotswood drive in orlando. can you see quite a few sheriff deputies here on scene. investigators are working to figure out what happened. here s what we know so far, the orange county sheriff office says it happened around 1:00 p.m. investigators say a 13-year-old boy was visiting relatives at their home when he was shot. he was taken to arnold palmer hospital in critical condition. tony saw a young person being taken away on a stretcher. he heard shots being fired, this is what he told us heard happened. at this point i know that the kid got shot in the neck. apparently they were just playing with guns. i heard he was 13 if. 13? young kid. was he playing with a cousin or friend? i guess somehow it went off and next thing you know, all of this is happening. you can see quite a few investigators are here on scene working to figure out what happened. we are also trying to figure out to get answers to if parents were home. were they an
