Nike To Require Headquarter Employees To Work Three Days A Week In Office
Nike will require employees in its U.S. headquarters in Beaverton, OR to work three days a week in the office, with the option to work up to two full days remotely.
In an e-mail sent to employees on Wednesday, first reported by Yahoo Finance, Jeff Nichols, Nike’s vice president of workplace design and connectivity, outlined a plan for a hybrid work model for office-based employees in the company’s world headquarters. The guidelines for the return of employees will vary based on the country and location of employees, Nike said. For its Beaverton headquarters, staff will be able to return to campus in September.
