Investigation into crash is ongoing, troopers say
State police are investigating after a person was killed along Route 60 in Powhatan County Wednesday night.

POWHATAN COUNTY, Va. State police have released the name of the 28-year-old man killed along Route 60 in Powhatan County Wednesday night.
Troopers were called to the wreck in the 1400 block of Anderson Highway just before 8:30 p.m.
Officials said a man driving a Nissan Altima was headed west on Route 60 when he ran off the road and struck a guardrail. The driver, Evan M. Howard Berry, of Fishersville, Virginia, exited the vehicle and walked onto the left travel lane where he was struck by a Ford Edge, officials with state police said.
