FRANKFORT — Under Kentucky’s Open Records Act, journalists and private citizens can request certain information to hold public agencies accountable for their use of taxpayer dollars and authority.
The state Fish and Wildlife Commission voted to move forward with the process of enacting a no-wake zone at Half Moon Slough, but denied a similar petition regarding Lake Five on Thursday.
