Capitol Police say 42-year old Brian Sicknick died around 9:30 Thursday night from injuries sustained Wednesday. He served on the the force for more than 12 years. The Governor wrote he and First Lady Pam “are deeply saddened” by the death. Kaine tweeted condolences writing he’s “profoundly grateful to all who put their lives on the line to protect others”.
