To my friends on the democratic side if there are things in this building you dont like we are not responsible for any of it so this is a totally democratic written bill. If any of you have a concern please dont point out the republicans pick im proud that you have requests in the bill. Nobody asked me for a request or any other republican was asked to submit anything to this legislation, not one. Yes that is personal because it excludes 200 members who are advocating for their constituents because we are going to have the amendments on these bills.
