Wildfires and all the flooding. this week, quiet. we have our one lone tropical system. last week, we had three, now we re down to maria this one could scare bermuda and then brush the canadian maritimes. the surfers will love the waves from this storm. the beaches there will be a bit of a rip current threat, but that s it. otherwise a quiet weather pattern. this storm will do a big hook. close enough to bermuda to give them a scare and then come up here and brush out around st. john, halifax, possibly nova scotia, but we look just fine for maria. i don t expect big weather stories this week. we won t have any flooding. you never know when fires will pop up, but as far as rainfall goes and hurricanes, nice and quiet. it s a warm morning this will be the weather story of the week. ....
