Reser named Ballville Township Trustee
FREMONT - Sandusky County Probate Court Judge Brad Smith announced his appointment of Mary Ann Reser to fill the vacant seat for the Ballville Township trustee.
The vacancy was the result of the resignation of Trustee Phil Klausz.
When a trustee vacancy occurs, the remaining two trustees have 30 days to choose a replacement. The current trustees were unable to come to an agreement on any of the nine applicants, therefore, the appointment was passed to the Sandusky County Probate judge. Smith selected Reser.
Reser has worked with area officials for over 30 years, serving in fiscal, administrative, human resources, risk management and other support positions with the Sandusky County commissioners, Department of Jobs and Family Services and with the courts.
