Philadelphia. how are they looking today? bill, good morning to you. we re not far from the scene of the collapse. look at the charred southbound lanes behind me. demolition crews already at work this morning. commuters waking up extra early racing for traffic headaches for the foreseeable future as the cleanup and recovery for i-95 and this collapse begins. it is now closed in both directions here in northeast philadelphia. state leaders say a tanker truck carrying gasoline caught fire under the overpass. moments before the interstate collapsed some drivers traveled over the southbound lanes with seconds to spare. governor said this situation could have been much worse. now the fire s heat is what sent a portion of the northbound lane crashing down reducing it to rubble and then compromising those southbound lanes. firefighters don t know what caused the truck to catch fire. emergency crews are trying to identify if anyone was caught in ....
