Main Duties and Responsibilities
Prepare financial reports and supporting documents for Donor on a Monthly basis.
Review all expenditures and ensure that they are legally accurate and within the budgets and make sure that all payments are properly charged to the projects in the accounting system according to the financial procedures.
Scan all supporting documents on regular basis to ensure up to data information is available as and when required.
Maintaining up to date files of all financial data and archives in an organized and secured manner.
Assist the Finance team in HQ in all audits whether external, Internal, or Project audits. ....
