Major League Wrestling Fusion (Episode 129) Taped in Orlando, Florida at GILT Nightclub Streamed April 21, 2021 on Fubo Sports, Pluto TV, and MLW’s YouTube Page The show opened with a slick video package on the TJP vs. Bu Ku Dao feud… The Fusion opening aired… The broadcast team was Ray Flores and Saint Laurent. Flores ran through the lineup and they went to the ring for the opening match… 1. Gino Medina vs. Rocky Romero. Laurent touted Romero’s podcast and also noted that Tom Lawlor has been competing on the New Japan Strong show along with Romero. Medina caught Romero with what Laurent called a 540 kick and then covered him for a two count. ....
Winfree’s MLW: Fusion Review 4.21.21 Alright everyone it’s MLW Fusion time. Tonight the “grudge match” between TJP and Bu Ku Dao goes down, quotes used because if no one cares is it really a grudge? Alexander Hammerstone will have a press conference, Court Bauer will talk, and we’ll get a few other wrestling matches along the way. Let’s see what’s up this week. They try to get the TJP and Bu Ku Dao thing over with a video package to get us going. From there we head to the ring rather quickly for our first match. ....
Former tag team partners clashed as Bu Ku Dao looked for revenge against the man he used to look up to and the man who turned his back on him: TJP. The show also featured Rocky Romero, the return of King Mo and a big announcement about MLW returning to running shows with fans. Rocky Romero defeated Gino Medina (8:58) With no connected storyline and little to no build, this initially felt like a match just to fill time but it turnout to be anything but. Following up from his recent appearances on New Japan Strong, Romero put on a clinic and picked up the win with a cross armbar. ....

This week Alexander Hammerstone will defend his Openweight title against LA Park as Azteca Underground continues trying to collect enough gold to sacrifice atop the hidden monument in the Underground Temple so they can fully restore Dario Cueto to corporeal form. OK, I might have just completely made up their motivation but they’re definitely belt hunting. Gino Medina will rematch Gringo Loco as well, and ACH takes on Kevin Ku. We open with a recap of Jacob Fatu defending his MLW World Title last week, and Calvin Tankman showing up to save Injustice while trying to line up a future match with Fatu. Commentary runs down the card, and tease some announcements about future cards as well. ....
