台北地方法院法官陳伯均11日與家人攀登池有山失聯，14日尋獲遺體，原本預計以直升機吊掛下山，因山區雲層太厚，天候不佳，直升機無法執行吊掛，2名搜救人員就地紮營守護遺體不被野生動物破壞，今(15)日一早山區天氣放晴，空勤總隊出動黑鷹直升機，上午八點左右順利完成吊掛遺體任務，將會降落在東勢河濱公園之後，送往殯儀館相驗釐清死因。
