高雄市昨（25）日晚間一輛垃圾車不明原因爆炸、起火燃燒，嚇壞不少在場倒垃圾的民眾，消防隊獲報緊急派人到場，清潔隊員也把後車斗開啟協助灌救，火勢很快就獲得控制，但現場也一片狼藉，事後環保局人員發現，整起意外竟是民眾貪圖方便，將未用完的瓦斯罐丟入垃圾車，所幸無人傷亡，環保局也在第一時間加派其他車輛支援，整體作業不受影響。
