It s nothing like the fair on a typical year, long-time Oregon Country Fair goers and participants will tell you. However, some couldn t help but get emotional when a parade came dancing through the Eugene Saturday Market, providing just a taste of OCF playfulness, creativity and fun.  It s the one place where everyone can go and be themselves, said Elizabeth Hensley, a freshman at the Academy of Arts and Academics in Springfield.
