The 56th Fighter Wing Security Forces said they were responding to reports of a bomb threat at the South Gate on Litchfield Avenue. Glendale Police were also called to help after a driver reportedly went up to the gate and said someone had placed an explosive device on his car. The area was locked down during the investigation and police were able to remove the driver safely from the car.
