A suspect faces felony charges in connection with gunshots fired during an altercation Monday evening near the Central Terminal, Buffalo police reported.
According to police, a loaded pistol, a loaded rifle and about 27 grams of suspected fentanyl were found during the search, along with a Glock magazine with 14-round capacity, ammunition,
"They were absolutely justified in using deadly physical force," Buffalo Police Commissioner Joseph Gramaglia said of Saturday s incident, in which officers fatally shot a man with a shotgun.
