Quincy’s, at 1093 Seven Locks Road, received a warning following an inspection on March 27. A county worker reported that there was “over crowding in the bar area” and people were not maintaining the required six feet of distance. General Manager Eric Rose told Bethesda Beat on Thursday that “everything was rectified on site” during the inspection. ....
