Local News Briefs: Rotary Club offering flag program Staff Report Rotary Club offering flag program COSHOCTON - The Coshocton Rotary Club will be running its program where residents can lease a flag again this year.  Members of the club will place a 3 x5 flag on a 10 staff in a plastic anchor pipe in your yard for major holidays from Memorial Day to Veterans Day. The club picks up the flags and stores them when not in use. Deadline for first installation is May 14.    Cost is $25 and all proceeds will be used to support projects in the Coshocton community. Checks with your address and phone number can be mailed to the Coshocton Rotary Club, P.O. Box 675, Coshocton, OH 43812.  You may also sign up online at Coshoctonrotaryflags21.eventbrite.com. Local News Briefs: Haines art on display at branch library Staff Report Haines art on display at branch library WEST LAFAYETTE - A display of artwork by Debbie Haines is on display this month at the West Lafayette Branch Library during regular business hours. The library is open from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday to Wednesday, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Thursday to Friday and 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday.  Alumni scholarships offered at Ridgewood WEST LAFAYETTE - The West Lafayette-Ridgewood Alumni Association is offering scholarships to graduating seniors of Ridgewood High School.  Three $1,000 scholarships will be awarded at the Ridgewood awards ceremony in May. Forms are available from Jill Collins at Ridgewood High School or the administration office at the Coshocton County Career Center.
