Nigeria’s anti-narcotics agency, the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA), on Sunday, announced the arrest a notorious major distributor of illicit substances within the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja, Ibrahim Momoh, popularly known as Ibrahim Bendel.
