Prof. Garcia the professor has welcome him back, my good friend and colleague. Professor montejano is one of the most distinguished scholars and historians in the country. It is an honor to have him as the keynote speaker for the conference. Histive texan, he received phd in social of the from yale. He also chairs the center for social change at uc berkeley.
