We are really looking at warm conditions, even, perhaps, breaking a record in santa rosa. 74 and the Current Record is 74. Santa rosa is expected to get close to 80 this afternoon. We will break a record there. Mid60s over oakland and livermore and san jose in the 70s with temperatures continuing to warm up in the part of the afternoon with a view of how much warmer we are than where we expect this time of year. Hitandrun and vehicular manslaughter. He showed no remorse and would not discuss what happened. He gave no explanation, no reason, nothing. Thank you for introducing legislation that would bring revenuesharing for coastal producing states into parity with onshore development. Congress lay the foundation for offshore revenuesharing through the passage of the gulf of Mexico Energy security act in 2006. At that time the bill did not include alaska. The coastal act that we are considering now would establish a revenuesharing program that would include alaska and, at the current time, our offshore production is pretty minimal and therefore any returns to the state are equally minimal.
