However, prospects for bigger refineries increasing runs imminently look dim as economics remain unfavorable. Spot prices for Russian crude oil for domestic loading and delivery by pipeline in February are some Rb2,000/mt ($26.3/mt) higher month on month on a combination of firmer Brent prices and a weaker ruble, while prices of crude delivered by rail were heard Rb3,000/mt higher on the month.
