PETALING JAYA: The sessions court in Kota Kinabalu has set Sept 18 to rule on whether former Sabah water department director Ag Tahir Ag Talib and two others will be required to enter their defence on money laundering charges involving RM51.7 million between 2005 and 2016.
KOTA KINABALU: Former Sabah Water Department director Ag Tahir Ag Talib, who was charged with money laundering involving RM51.7mil between 2005 and 2016 will know whether he will have to enter his defence on Sept 18.
Kota Kinabalu: A prosecution witness testified at the Special Corruption Court Wednesday that former Sabah Water Department Director Awang Mohd Tahir Mohd Talib received bribes amounting to RM51,710,755.09 from 2005 to 2016.
