A GRACE news release said the donor wants to remain anonymous and have the attention focused on the teachers, who worked in person at the schools throughout the year. Answer: We are continually inspired by one another and feel that we are motivated and better educators as we learn from each other. Working as a team is motivating in itself and seeing our hard work pay off within and beyond the classroom is priceless. Answer: That you need to find a memorable and engaging way to teach important concepts in order to make the learning stick. This could look like dressing up like a superhero or a word scientist to teach reading, writing and phonics lessons. It might also look like putting passwords on your door frame for students to read every time that they enter or leave the classroom. Students will often be seen manipulating many different materials to share their learning with each other, as well as their teacher and parents/guardians. ....
