In a statement Thursday, POM District Collector Michael Angelo Vargas said the shipment loaded in a 40-footer container was apprehended on November 2. Upon the request of Enforcement Security Service (ESS) personnel, he added that the container was physically examined and yielded around 45 units of various used motorcycles and bicycles, used and brand-new rims, two units of jet skis, and other assorted household effects.
