He was the CEO of Champion International Paper Co., and retired to Norwich to start a dairy operation in 1996. As a dairy specialist for UNH Cooperative Extension at the time, I helped with some of the design of the facilities, and Sigler was insistent on supporting UNH Cooperative Extension to return the favor. ....
