Massage therapists battle over proposal to regulate their business in Fargo

Massage therapist and business owner Stephanie Ramsey said the state board had never inspected her operation in her 23 years in business.

Moorhead man tried to rob taxi driver before fatally shooting him, court docs allege


Sparkman didn t know the woman, Helmick said.
The second Fargo robbery occurred around 2:50 a.m. Wednesday in the 1900 block of 21st Avenue South, police said. The victim also was a taxi driver from Doyles, Helmick said.
Sparkman allegedly pulled a gun on that taxi driver as well, but the cab worker escaped injury, Helmick said. That taxi driver was not Abdullahi, police said.
Helmick declined to say how much money Sparkman allegedly stole in the Fargo incidents.

The 17-year-old girl involved in the case called Doyles for a cab, but she said Sparkman talked to the company. They had the cab come to 3015 20th St. S., which is an apartment complex in Moorhead. ....
