The Nigerian Police Force has said it has paid N134million to the family members of 25 officers who died while in service in Zamfara State, northwest Nigeria. This was revealed in a press statement issued by the State Command Spokesman, Yezid Abubaker and made available to SaharaReporters on Wednesday, stating that the money was paid by the Group Personal Accident, Group Life Insurance, and IGP Family Welfare Schemes of the Force.
