So i really want to know whos coming into San Francisco to commit crimes and have, you know, traffic stops, whatever it happens to be, because i dont want us to look like we are doing, doing it to our population. And so i would want you to add that information in your data gathering as to where these people live, where they are coming from, i mean the statistics that i heard a while back, and i dont have present data, but youth crime, for example, in this city, the majority of youth crime in the city is committed by kids from outside the city.
