We cant create a second class citizen subject to different standards simply because of citizenship and this legislation makes it sure people are treated equally and i know it still will be a challenge to call Law Enforcement and situations that i am familiar with around Domestic Violence and other issues and i do think that it is important that we not only move forward but we also take an opportunity to try and reach out to communities to communicate what this means and how this can change their lives and how this can change how they interact with Law Enforcement in our city so they feel they too have the ability to call Law Enforcement when someone is violating them in anyway ....

Good evening commissioners, thank you for the time, my name is Tony Talerico and my daughter just finished 4th grade at sunset elementary cool and i just finished my first year on the pac which from my report tonight you might find was an active and exciting year. The role is to support and implementation and this will summarize our work for the year and will highlight the projects for next year.
