A Fall River police officer is off the beat after allegedly engaging in an inappropriate relationship with a teenager, authorities announced Friday. Officer Michael Morin was arrested and was placed on administrative leave in May after the department says they learned that he was engaged in an inappropriate relationship with a 17-year-old.
