FALL RIVER, MA - Boston-based developer The Goldman Group commissioned David Sisson Architecture to redesign the historic abandoned property at 110 Chace Street into a modern mixed-use facility. With roughly 260,000 square feet to work with after limited demolition, the team designed an adaptive reuse project featuring 196 residential units and about 80,000 square feet of warehouse space to be leased. An arrest has been made in connection with a shooting at Maple Gardens housing complex in Fall River that injured a 14-year-old boy. A 17-year-old is in custody.
