Ray White Rural Esk & Toogoolawah principal Wayne Jaenke conducted 32 inspections prior to the auction for the 318.86-hectare property. “In my time in real estate, I’ve probably never set foot on country that was so perfect for grazing,” Mr Jaenke said. “The owner had it manicured. Kylie-May May Kitchener, a mum of six from North Ipswich, pleaded guilty in Ipswich Magistrates Court to drug driving (methylamphetamine) when travelling along King Edward Parade on November 23 last year. The drug was detected in her saliva. She also had three relevant convictions in the last five years. “When I was picked up I wasn’t under the influence. I’ve got six kids,” Kitchener said. ....

Fined $600 and licence disqualified for five months. Bienfait Kwana, 25, from Logan Central, pleaded guilty to drink driving at Greenbank on August 22. Fined $300 and disqualified for one month. Kurt Wayne Parnaby, 40, from Ipswich, was fined $500 and licence disqualified for three months when he pleaded guilty to drug positive driving in Dinmore on September 24. Craig Anthony Patterson, 43, from Karalee, lost his licence for four months and fined $500 when he pleaded guilty to driving when drug positive and on L/P licence in Karana Downs on July 13. ....
