A petition to fly a Pride flag outside Dighton Town Hall led to a bylaw relegating what can fly there, and AG Maura Healey said part of it must be amended.
The itinerant photo exhibition “Photographic Memories of Lagoa” is on display at the Southworth Library in Dartmouth through May 26 to commemorate Lagoa s 500th anniversary. Dartmouth and Lagoa, Azores, are Sister Cities.
Anniversaries can be extra special when celebrated with relatives and friends, and the Azorean municipality of Lagoa is making sure its extended family around the world -including its sister cities and towns in Massachusetts and Rhode Island -is a part of its 500th anniversary milestone celebration.
