Grand Duke Henri of Luxembourg said he "intends to retire at some point" and hand over the throne to his son and heir Prince Guillaume, in a new interview with French publication La Libre.
It s been seven months of newborn baby joy for Luxembourg s royal family, following the birth in May of Prince Charles to Prince Guillaume and Princess Stéphanie. The first-time parents are clearly enamoured with their chubby-cheeked progeny, shairng sweet new photographs of the second in line to the throne.
The pictures were taken both inside and outside at their Grand Ducal Palace home, showing the Prince s fascination with the Christmas tree and the decorations on it, with another photo showing the family of three wrapped up in the grounds.
