(the Company ) (NYSE: IVR) today announced that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly dividend on shares of its common stock.  Common Stock Dividend The Company s Board of Directors declared a cash dividend of $0.08 per share of common stock for the fourth quarter of 2020.  The dividend will be paid on January 26, 2021 to stockholders of record on January 12, 2021, with an ex-dividend date of January 11, 2021.  The Company expects that all cash and stock dividends paid on the Company s common stock and all cash dividends paid on its Series A, Series B and Series C preferred stock in 2020 will be characterized as a return of capital for tax purposes.  Stockholders should review the 2020 tax statements received from their brokerage firms or other institutions and consult their individual tax advisor regarding the particular U.S. federal, state, local or other tax
