ADMINISTRATION
ï® City staff has been preparing for the third of a series of five bi-annual bond issuances to refurbish the water and wastewater utility plant infrastructure. Two weeks ago, city staff went through the bond rating process with Standard and Poorâs. We are happy to announce that the city has been able to maintain its Double AA bond rating, which is a huge accomplishment in these times. Additionally, S&P upgraded their view on our management from strong to âvery strong.â
