2020 was supposed to be the 10-year anniversary of New York mainstay Porsena, and the Italian restaurant planned to go big with a slate of community events: a February dinner exploring Italian-Jewish cuisine, multiple chef collaborations, a special May night serving the East Village restaurant’s original opening menu.
