Mixed bag or were you under well whelmed. i have been trying to keep an open mind, particularly the description of the 31 documents really took me back, and the description of the sort of extensiveness of the conduct involving obstruction and the intentionality of it was worse than i anticipated. now, an indictment, of course, as you know, is just a set of allegations, right, there s a long way to go from an indictment to a conviction, but the thing that struck me about the indictment is how varied and how potent the forms of evidence that are described in there really are, right, the recordings, the photos, the text messages, things like that, including things that would be very difficult for trump to run away from if they re admitted at trial, including most significantly, the evidence from his own attorney. so all of those things are like forms of evidence that jurors can easily latch on to, and of course the recording of trump himself is pretty damming in his ....
